One of the wonderful gifts that we human beings have is the ability to plan.

Individuals make career plans.

Families make vacation plans.

Companies make plans to better serve their customers.

Governments make plans to build roads and to provide parks for everyone to enjoy.

Does God make plans? Can we know what His plans are?

What does the Bible say?

The Bible clearly shows that God does have a magnificent, wonderful 7000 year master plan for you and I.

The pattern for God’s 7000 year plan is based on the weekly cycle of seven days mentioned in the first two chapters of Genesis.

Since God originally set time in motion, man is given six days to work, followed by a day of rest.

To God, a 1000 years is as a day.

Mankind has nearly completed his allotted time of 6000 years to do things his way.

And the result of these 6000 years has been wars and a near total break down of society.

Jesus Christ foretold that the day would come when mankind would have the weapons capable of annihilating all life on the earth.

But He will return to stop man from totally destroying himself.

Jesus Christ will then reign over all nations and teach mankind His Laws.

The whole world will then see that obedience to the one True God and His laws will bring world peace.

Everyone will at last be truly free and able to fully enjoy the abundant life that God wants us all to have.

The Bible says that God does have a plan: 6,000 years of man's rule, followed by 1,000 years of God's rule add up to a period of 7,000 years.

His plan gives us hope and assurance that human beings will survive the trying times that are soon to come upon the earth.

God designed a 7000 year master plan of love, hope and joy that gives full meaning to the very purpose of human life.
