What is the battle of Armageddon?  What do we mean Armageddon?

Armageddon actually is the Hebrew word Har-Mageddon, meaning fortified hill of Megiddo, located in the valley of Jezreel, 55 miles northwest of Jerusalem.

The word “Armageddon” is mentioned only ONCE in the entire Bible.  You will find it in the book of Revelation.

In ancient times, Armageddon was a fortress stronghold of major strategic importance.

It also has the reputation for being the scene of many of history’s bloodiest battles.

But not this time.

Two opposing armies — a union of ten European nations and a coalition of eastern powers — are gathered together to do battle in this place called Armageddon.

However, Armageddon at this time is only a gathering place.

The battle will be fought elsewhere.  But not at Armageddon.

So WHERE will that battle be fought?

The Bible says — that as World War III is about to erupt — Jesus Christ returns to save mankind from total destruction.

Satan the devil then stirs up these two opposing armies to join forces and fight against the returning Jesus Christ and His angelic army instead!

At the Kidron Valley, Jesus Christ and His angels thoroughly vanquish these two armies with a massive display of overwhelming force in what the Bible calls “the battle of that great day of God Almighty."

The government of God will now be restored upon the entire earth!

The return of Jesus Christ marks THE turning point in all of human history.

From this point forward, EVERYTHING pivots.

From a world of chaos and upheaval to a new world of lasting peace and unparalleled prosperity EVERYWHERE!

Firmly in charge over all the earth, Jesus Christ, the KING of kings and LORD of lords, will usher in a millennium — a THOUSAND YEARS — of unprecedented progress, overflowing abundance, real happiness and fullness of joy for ALL of mankind.

The Bible says this will happen.

And, it won’t be long now!
