Where Is Heaven?
Heaven is the goal many aspire to enter into. Where exactly is heaven?

Transcript:
The Constant Church of God presents clear answers to your questions, directly from the Bible!
Many have been taught, and they have blindly accepted without proof, that heaven is the final destination they expect to end up in.
Where is heaven?
Several scriptures in the Bible indicate that heaven is above the earth.
The prophet Elijah was taken up by a whirlwind into heaven.
Psalm 103 and verse 11 says that “heaven is high above the earth.”
In Acts chapter 1 and verse 11, the angel tells the disciples that Jesus is “taken up from you into heaven.”
However, these verses do not provide us with a geographic location pinpointing exactly where heaven is.
Many believe that heaven is this spiritual paradise somewhere up above, with clouds all around; populated by angels; with those faithful souls, strumming on golden harps and gazing adoringly at the face of God for all eternity!
Is this true?
Open your Bible and prove for yourself what God’s Word really says about where heaven is.
Many will be surprised that the Bible actually speaks of not ONE but THREE heavens.
The first heaven is the earth’s atmosphere in which birds and airplanes fly and from where the rain descends.
The second heaven is what we refer to as outer space, where we find the planets, the sun, the moon, the stars.
The third heaven is where God’s throne is located. It is the power center from where God rules the entire vast universe.
The Bible does not reveal the exact location of the third heaven.
There is an indication in Isaiah chapter 14 and verse 13 that it may be in the farthest side of the north or in the far north from our earth.
In Revelation chapter 4, we are given a glimpse of the grand, majestic throne of God Almighty in the third heaven.
The apostle John is taken up in vision to the very throne room of God.
And John describes what he sees — with words and things that are familiar to him — in that vision of the third heaven.
Revelation chapter 4 and verse 1.
1 After these things I looked, and behold, a door standing open in heaven. And the first voice which I heard was like a trumpet speaking with me, saying, “Come up here, and I will show you things which must take place after this.”
2 Immediately I was in the Spirit [or in a vision]; and behold, a throne set in heaven, and One sat on the throne.
3 And He who sat there was like a jasper and a sardius stone in appearance; and there was a rainbow around the throne, in appearance like an emerald.
4 Around the throne were twenty-four thrones, and on the thrones I saw twenty-four elders sitting, clothed in white robes; and they had crowns of gold on their heads.
5 And from the throne proceeded lightnings, thunderings, and voices. Seven lamps of fire were burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits [or seven angels] of God.
6 Before the throne there was a sea of glass, like crystal. And in the midst of the throne, and around the throne, were four living creatures full of eyes in front and in back.
This is the third heaven where God the Father is.
The apostle Paul himself confirms the third heaven exists in 2nd Corinthians chapter 12 and verse 2.
2 I know a man in Christ who fourteen years ago — whether in the body I do not know, or whether out of the body I do not know, God knows — such a one was caught up to the third heaven.
And the third heaven is also where Jesus Christ is.
Seated at the very right hand of His Father’s throne.
At this very moment.
Ruling and governing the entire universe.
Overseeing the grand purpose and implementing the majestic plan for all of mankind They had designed together from the beginning.
And at Christ’s second coming, when He has completed making ALL things NEW and clean and good and holy, God the Father will come down to this earth — the new earth — and His dwelling place will be with men — former humans now changed to immortal spirit beings!
His throne and His rule will be established upon this earth.
At that time, there will be no more pain nor suffering.
No more death nor sorrow!
Only joy and gladness!
And the earth will be filled with the glory of Almighty God!
This is what the Bible says, and it is coming sooner than we realize.
The zeal of the Lord of hosts will do this.
Where then is heaven?
Heaven is where God is.
Let’s turn to Revelation chapter 21 and verse 1.
1 Now I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. Also there was no more sea.
And when the third heaven — the heaven of God’s throne — comes down to this earth, the entire universe will be ruled by God the Father, Jesus Christ and former human beings now transformed into God-Beings.
