Is it true that angels married women?

What does the Bible say?

It’s important to remember that the Bible uses the phrase “sons of God” in various ways. In order to determine which one is the correct biblical interpretation, it is necessary to put all the relevant scriptures together.

The Bible, in a manner of speaking, refers to human beings as sons of God because He created us.

Moreover, God created angels, and they are also referred to as the sons of God.

However, the Bible clearly reveals that angels are immortal spirit beings, not made of flesh.

And if you read verse 3 of Genesis chapter 6, God Himself says that man is made of flesh, to make it clear that these sons of God were physical human beings and not angels.

Jesus Christ Himself said that angels, being immortal spirits do not marry nor are they given in marriage.

Because angels and humans are two different kinds of beings, they cannot breed or produce offspring.

God set a strict law from the very beginning that each kind reproduces only after its own kind thus making it impossible for angels to marry human beings and reproduce.

Therefore, based on what God says in His Bible, the “sons of God” mentioned in Genesis 6 are flesh and blood men.

Not angels.
