Millions of people mistakenly assume that Almighty God is in this titanic struggle with Satan the Devil to save the world NOW from an ever-burning lake of fire.

If God is trying to save humanity from being lost, and He is in a desperate struggle right now with Satan the devil.

If such an assumption is true, then we must concede that Satan is winning that battle overwhelmingly!

And so, mainstream religious organizations have taken it upon themselves to “help” Jesus Christ bring salvation to as many as they can.

They’ve recruited and dispatched missionaries to far-flung, remote corners of the world to preach the name of Jesus Christ.

The only name by which man can be saved!

But what does the Bible say?

Many would be stunned and shocked to learn what God says in His Word.

Before anything else, let’s do away with this flawed assumption so many have been taught to believe.

There is no contest, no struggle, no battle between God and Satan at this time.

If there were, which there isn’t, God always wins. Every single time.

The Bible says that God is NOT, I repeat, God is NOT, trying to save the world at this time!!

When Adam rejected God’s way and defiantly chose to go his own way, God sentenced him and his descendants — ALL of mankind — to 6 thousand years of being cut off from God.

God decided to maintain a hands-off policy from all of humanity.

However, God reserved the right to intervene by calling out certain individuals to carry out HIS purpose.

Men such as Abel, Enoch and Noah.

Later on, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

And then God chose Moses for a special mission: deliver the children of Israel from 4 hundred plus years of slavery in Egypt.

Then, God sent Jesus Christ to the earth.

Not to launch a soul-saving crusade.

But with an announcement. He came with a message from God. The good news of the soon-coming Kingdom of God.

He also built His Church. Initially, with 12 disciples.

Students — soon to become apostles — whom He sent out to teach the truth of God. The way of God. The purpose of God.

And He gave His one, true Church the assignment to preach His one, true gospel of the Kingdom of God to the whole world as a WITNESS and to feed His flock.

The Greek word Church is ekklesia meaning the called out ones.

So, the Church of God is that little flock that God the Father calls and draws to Jesus Christ.

It is God the Father Who does the calling.

In John chapter 6 and verse 44, God says, “No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him.”

And those individuals God calls, they decide to respond or not. No man joins the Church of God.

They do not volunteer to be a part of God’s Church.

His little flock — the called-out ones — are recruited. They are drafted by God the Father Himself.

The Church of God is built upon the foundation of the apostles and the Old Testament prophets with Jesus Christ Himself as the chief corner stone.

The Church of God are those who have heeded God’s call, freely chosen to yield to Him and obey Him.

It is to them that God has assigned this great, two-fold commission.

The work of Almighty God Himself.

Exactly what do we mean by the work of God?

Is it our podcast “Bible Answers to Your Questions?” Or our video channels on YouTube and Rumble? Is it the Constant Church of God website?

These are of themselves NOT the Work.

They are a MEANS, a medium or media used IN the Work.

The announcing of the true gospel, proclaiming the good news of the coming Kingdom of God by WHATEVER MEANS, by whatever MEDIA, that is the Work of God.

That responsibility has fallen upon us in the Constant Church of God.

We are harnessing the immense power of today's technology to carry out this most important mission, the most vital and exciting activity given to any human being in almost 2,000 years.

We are looking to Jesus Christ, the Head of the Church. And relying on His help, leadership and direction.

We are those messengers fully committed to announcing, declaring Christ’s message.

The good news that a supreme world government with total power over all nations, that world peace and prosperity for all.

Satisfaction and happiness for all is coming to the earth.

At Christ’s return!

We are proclaiming that same good news Christ brought from God the Father as a witness that God’s way is the only way to eternal life.

That is the mission we have zealously dedicated our energies to completing.

That is the Work of God!
